410-706-1496 View CV  Karen Hopkins is an Associate Professor and Co-Chair of the Management and Community Organization Concentration at the Graduate School of Social Work, University of Maryland, Baltimore. She teaches Program Management, Human Resources Management, and Research Methods in Management and Community Practice. She also provides management development training, consultation, and program evaluation to human service organizations. Her research focuses on supervision/management practices and outcomes, organizational learning and citizenship, work-life integration, and child welfare workforce retention. Dr. Hopkins received a Ph.D. from the University of Chicago and MSW from the University of Pittsburgh. |
